To meet these challenges in order to support our vision of making STRATEX “the dominant player in the plastics industry in Central Africa”, the management has decided to set up a Quality Management System compliant to the requirements of ISO 9001/2015.
To achieve this, it is based on the following commitments:

These axes are broken down into objectives assigned to processes and monitored by performance indicators. The objectives are reviewed as much as is necessary in the context of management reviews or at strategic meetings reserved for this purpose.
